Vista 64 - Crashed During Gfx Driver Update - Boots To Black Screen W/ Mouse Only
Install Graphic card11. I did not changed the cmos battery yet. How it happened: I was updating my graphics drivers and my computer screen went blank and had a "_" cursor at the top left of my screen blinking. Mine went like this: I was on facebook when i clicked a friend, and then everything just froze, like not just the internet but the whole computer,could not get the start click site
everything worked until i moved, when i arrived the computer didnt want to turn on. I doubt if Dell is using unsigned drivers on the systems they are building since they all come with Vista which is notorious for driver problems.
