I've scoured the web and found people having similair problems, and tried things like: *Updating my graphics drivers *Updating my BIOS *Uninstalling my intergrated Graphics drivers - then installing the GPU There's a table (page 1.21) in your motherboard manual that says the PCI-e 16x slot is shared, and there's an accompanying warning about using shared slots: Asus said: When using PCI I feel like the graphics card isn't damaged due to the superb packaging but even if it was why can't I get signal from my motherboard? It sounds like this might be a new card so it's possible its just defective, at this point I would probably just RMA it.   • Is it new?
  • When I connect the new graphics card Via DVI-D And I got no signal.
  • If not, then you just need to RMA the card before coming to any conclusions about BIOS compatibility or otherwise. . . .
  • However, when I put everything back together the way it was (including with the original power supply) it did the same thing.
  • Only thing with that is you have to have a 2TB hardrive or less I think.
  • Take out the new GPU and try to boot the system with just the new PSU.
