Video Card Not Fitting Into Case
They have gone...downhill8 · 12 comments Somebody stop me now.This is an archived post. the slot COVERS sometimes put the tabs to the outside, but ALL CARDS have the tabs on the inside, between the mobo and the case. There is generally a tiny amount of wiggle between the pcb and the bracket, so just pushing the bracket won't fully push the pcb in to the slot. the only thing that should be sticking THROUGH the openings are the connectors for the monitors. OP the white lever on the end of the PCI-e slot needs to slide over the sticking out bit near the graphics card's slot pins. This will mostly happen naturally if the graphics card is fully pushed into the PCI-e slot (sometimes it needs a little help, but it shouldn't need any force).
