I would also consider a BIOS update. I rebooted in Setup and BIOS showed the Second Hard Drive to be a Maxtor with 37.19 GB! If it doesn't show up as unallocated space then it is possible it is a recovery/restore partition. If they are PATA then you will need to jumper the drives to Master, Slave or Cable Select.
