I was thinking about maybe a Corsair 430 watt. The plastic bag the case is in is pretty... is there a switch on the evga? The first has 20 slots or 24 and the second has 4 or 8.

If you are buying a unit from a reputable brand they are almost guaranteed to be near silent.
