Problems With Radeon X700 Pro (AGP)
If you're simply looking for tuning your setting or do not wish to upgrade, reduce game settings, ensure you have antialiasing disabled, lower anisotropic filtering and resolution. I log on and then after about 1 minute it dies. Join thousands of tech enthusiasts and participate. What's New? have a peek at this web-site
Then set it to disable in catlyst, reboot and in bios set it into disabled before starting windows again. A high quality 350W is much better than a low quality 400W.... Sorry mate, that should have been the first thing I checked was what AGP cards are supported on your motherboard. What's your PSU? http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/video-card-driver-problems-ati-radeon-x700.31540/
One sec, I'll go into my bios and look at what that setting is called and hope your bios is similar. Read the TOP sticky thread for more info. Turn on and boot into BIOS.

- I don't really think it is fair to say that since you were able to run on a 350W that anyone can...
- Your friend probably runs a AMD Athlon 64 or a Pentium 4 with HT with a faster motherboard.
- SP 2 This is what I tried and what happend: I tried to install a variation of diffrent drivers.

I have a friend who has the same video card and gets over 200fps in both games. And as you said, the x700 is not on that list. Don't get a 5200, they aren't very fast, it would be a slideshow on the absolute lowest bf2 settings IMO. http://hcsprogramming.com/problems-with/problems-with-new-ati-radeon-x1300-pro-agp.php I have 2 DVD-RW drives both EIDE and 1 PATA(EIDE) 300gb Maxtor w/16mb cache, 1gb Ram CL3 (slow) and a SATA 1 300gb Maxtor also w/16mb cache and what ever cooling
