Radeon 9800 Pro Issues

I did not screw around with BIOS updates or increasing power to the AGP. BleepingComputer is being sued by Enigma Software because of a negative post of SpyHunter. I eventually just powered off the system and upon reboot my keyboard and mouse are not working (both USB connected). Turned it on today to check mail and no probleme.

I did disable the FSB spread spectrum however and performance has significantly increased, but it still isn't what it should be. Card worked fine for about a month then I started noticing glitches.
