RADEON 9800 SE GAME CRASHES And System Crash Verry Anoying

And i have got 50.456 points in Aquamark3. I know that my machine is not good enough to play the game with ultra settings, so I was playing with high settings 1024x768 without anti-aliasing. I tried to re-instal the same drivers and even rollback to the older ones and it didn't worked. I do have The latest catalyst drivers and have many graphic intensive programs that do not cause this so I'm pretty sure's it's not my card. Source

Also, the continous clicking is getting really annoying too. Pretty lame code is all I got to say. I dunno if I was supposed to do something else as well, after installing it though. :( Looked in dxdiag to see if I could lower the hardware acceleration, but I a s i \ C : \ P r o g r a m F i l e s \ F u n c o m \ D r e a https://forums.epicgames.com/threads/389493-Arrgh!-Radeon-9800-SE-128Mb-UT2004-crashes-constantly!

And AO makes my computer restart, sometimes only game crash, but it is still very annoying.... Then I installed Bioshock and played for a day without any problems and after the second day the game started crashing and the annoyng msg started showinng up. d l l > C : \ W I N D O W S \ s y s t e m 3 2 \ c r y p t 3 2

  • In all cases, make sure you install all of the updates and game patches.
  • So im going thatss**t..
  • It never happened when I was playing games.

Several days no crashes. My system cpu q9550 280GTX 4x2G OCZ, this problem started after I installed my last 4gb OCZ in late Feburary '10. If it makes sense, the game crashes only in Arcadia. For instance HP has a printer tool that has been known to crash games.

At absolute worst, you'll have problems installing the drivers and you just re-install the old ones. Both worked fine. I'm gonna go play! But, having my system for about 2 years now and never had this issue before.

im my other computer i ran the card and in full graphics it crashed.. Now, regarding possible sound issues.. Do any of you recall updating your windows before the problem started showing up? http://www.techpowerup.com/gallery/2442.html Paul Evans Mar 29, 2004, 01:04am EST Reply - Quote - Report Abuse Private Message - Add to Buddy List >>Re: Radeon 9800 XT crash problem'IRQ for the 9800

before to change any hardware components... http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/radeon-9550-crashes-in-game.39085/ If it is the installation error it should be no problems related to copying your savefile to some other source and then re-installing the game. Well, looks like I'll need to upgrade my PC. Can`t remember exactly what the error was, but i haven`t had a single problem before now.

Thanks to everyone for trying to help! this contact form I had my card for about 4 months now. This time no more errors. I`m running Windows 7 32 bit on AMD CPU.

Preferably ATI (I'd like to try something other than NVidea)? However, that's my last resort. tech support was no good..

Got an ATI-9800 All in Wonder with the latest catalyst drivers installed but no solution.

I have exactly the same problem...The only thing that worked for me is playing in windowed mode on max resolution. Auras04-29-2006, 01:43 PMHow can you say that when It works perfectly at these settings? I get in, I play and then at randome times I just seemingly go linkdead and then crash to desktop. We don't know what would've happened in other games that can actually make use of 256MB VRAM (like Doom 3 for instance) since they don't allow this setting in the first not one crash. It's like a case of so much information, you don't know which is the one to go with. http://hcsprogramming.com/radeon-9800/radeon-9800-pro-keeps-crashing-my-system.php DelamekoStone "Up there, you got the comsats.

SweetladyEL05-23-2006, 08:04 PMMy video crashed too. But I would guess that it is the Graphics Ultra setting that's the problem.
