Radeon HD 7850 Crashing When I Play Games

My PC is locking up and crashing when I play Graphicly intensive games. The game will run fine (and on high detail etc) for a while, sometimes a few hours and sometimes only a few minutes. You have updated the drivers to this one and re installed and the problem is still happening which makes me think that its actually the GPU that is slowly dying. It all started when I got the Asus HD7850 V2, I was playing Hitman Absolution maxed out when the screen flashed and got all distorted (The grey image someone posted) the Source
