When the system is truned off this way I can press the Power Button to start the system into Windows; then it follows the 2 minute video off routine. Several minutes, 5, 10… Once it starts everything is ok and I can even restart windows. I replaced and still giving me the problem. Zero. My laptop screen was black, but I saw something in the screen with a light by it so I went here you fixed it!!!
