  • I solved my jumping coursor issue, soon after my screen suddenly split into 2 when I connected the power cable and the left half of the screen moved to the right

When played at this slower speed, the amplified humming/vibrating noises was there upfront and very loud. though I had to create an Explorer file and then do the new NoCDBurning thing. But no, the noise was coming from my DVD player. It takes less than a minute and is completely free!

and that's it..Life was never the same again .. It starts to write discs but I don't think its working and they never finalize. So, I gave it a light tap, and then some more decent smacks with a flat hand during playback (more than I would normally) and it's back in business!

THANK YOU!!! I'd guess poor disc formatting or file structure. At first I thought maybe my neighbor was outside using their air compressor. check over here Searching for the whole word gpedit.msc found the console for me in Win 7.

After taking it out it works great to this day give it a shot. And they're all tiny, insubstantial things. When I put the Special Features disc into my DVD player, I heard a low humming/vibrating noise.

Have you tried one of those lense cleaning disks?

When someone attributes this noise to poorly manufactured discs, is it because the discs may not be balanced properly? In my case it was working for few CDs/ DVDs but not all Cds/ DVDs esp never for '-R' CDs/ DVDs At one point of time, I thought my CD/DVD rom You may download and install the latest drivers from Sony support website. This is the first solution that actually worked...
