I'd suggest you install the latest revisions of all your drivers first and feedback any update to us. CSR says this info isn't acceptable as they have to confirm it exists in their systems. Sony claims to have no record of the purchase or records of the first time I had to send my computer in. I want to know why Sony sells this inferior product and we all want it because of their usual good quality product. More about the author

Worst touchpad ever - ended up having to buy a separate mouse and disconnect the touchpad. I will never buy another Sony product or deal with that company. They send me recovery DVD after the warranty expired. It had some issues and led to me return to Best Buy for service, it had virus, they said was not.

Now it what I'm guessing is my wifi controller comes up as an unidentified network controller. Is this is the kind of warranty service you would expect from a name like Sony?
