I have 2 questions: Should I ask a computer company to dicuss this over the phone or should I try to find out the problem that occured and try to fix Maybe I could move my graphics card down to the other PCI-e 3.0 slot, but I believe that will limit it to x8 instead of x16 (whatever difference that makes). - If the sound card is not listed in "Sound, video and game controllers", this would mean that no sound card is being detected or installed.
