That is above my pay grade. Try this: click Start > Run. I think I saw a thread asking about that some time ago. Click Start > Run. check here

All of a sudden, I couldn't open Add/Remove Windows Component. Now your computer will run correctly and faster. What size is your APPWIZ.CPL file? news Does the add/remove programs applet then open?
