I suggest that you go back to Win10 then, uninstall all of your old usb drivers and force your BIOS to pull new ones. her computer has 8 usb ports (plug ins), they all quit at the same time. Other Possible Solutions If nothing has worked until this point, it's pretty safe to say there could be a problem with the actual hardware. as it seems the ports work but are not powered so the Saitek keyboard won't light up or work. My computer seems to reduce battery life a lot.
