that is a sign of a bad capacitor...... I've also updated the TV tuner drivers. solved video card not detected! The monitor will still be on but blanked out.I think it could be something to do with the card not having enough problem but I'm not sure.

There is a simple explanation to that why the capacitor sticks to the board so well. I installed the most recent version(13.4.0), ran it, re-installed drivers, and everything works fine now! It turns out the Guru3d Driver Uninstaller version I was using was the oldest version(9.6) and must have been leaving some traces of either my AMD or NVIDIA drivers behind (I I turn it on what do ya know.
