The laptop previously had spyware/malware, but it was all removed by Malware Bytes (In safe mode) and further scans have shown no spyware/malware. Also, the spontaneous re-boots don't bode well, but I saved the important part for last.Your CPU power is exceeding the SPECS of your motherboard.
I have tried to re-install the graphics drivers but this made no difference. Can you post the make and model of your machine please or list the system spec if it's a custom build. For your motherboard you could google/search for overheating issues (or anything else) w/one of the on-board chips (sorry, I'm not doing that right now).
