Thank you all for your advice, I could have never figured this out on my own... My System Specs Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number Samsung R440 OS Windows 7 Home Premuim 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) CPU Intel Core i3 Memory 3072MB RAM Graphics Card ATI Mobility On Tuesday, Microsoft issued an update —KB3033929 – that is causing Windows 7 users to experience a reboot loop problem.
