It copies the files, unpacks them, reboots once successfully and then hangs for hours on 'completing installation...' Searched Windows Updates in case I missed something and even removed a couple I was worried about. Now I can only do hard-reboots and my screen is completely blank. Btw I have Logitech Cordless Set EX 110 but i use only keyboard from that set and G5 Logitech Gaming MOuse!.So strange my glitches mostly happend after i installed the Updates! Samsung 850 EVO (120GB, SSD). I changed my power settings "computer/hard disks" to Never. Yipppee, so far so good....online now 15 minutes!!! Running Vista Home Premium 64 bit.
I have to end up powering it off because it won't let me do anything at all on it. Got the runaround from other places, can't find a solution... Vista x64 will freeze all the time now. You may find other programs may have a similar problems.

Selective boot on the same hardware: Vista UltimateSP2 32bit, installed 2008, never reinstalled, runs still fine. I reinstalled 7 but didn't install the video driver for the zotac and it worked fine.
I don't have anything in Event Viewer that corresponds to the time of the crashes.
